Team work, which is one of the most basic competences, is one of the most challenging. Usually we find teams which are really a group of individuals, each one defending their individual interests or their respective functional areas, and frequently they don't even remember that in fact they are together.
This reality generates an enormous waste within the organizational world. Time waste, with countless non productive meetings, and mainly, waste of energy and talent, since many times we are talking about highly qualified professionals which are literally wasting their potential.
In this context, the Ubuntu Network, with its UBUNTU essence of collaboration, relationship, interdependence is sought by countless organizations to support the development of these teams, so that they can function in a more effective, reaching their goals.
